Prayer Requests - July 13, 2008

GIFFORD - continue to pray for Jeremy and Kristy (Son and Daughter-in-law) - marital issues.

WALKER - please pray for Penny (Tisha's sister) - swollen eyes and lips

STEVE BROWN - Continue to pray for my Father, Isaiah. Pray for his strength

TURNER - Cash has seemed better over the last few weeks from having tubes in his ears. Pray for Tristan as he goes into 6th grade - which is a big step. We pray for the health of our families and friends.

RODGERS - unspoken; Bryan's Mom deciding about surgery on Tuesday

LOWRY - Allison's Dad still needs to sell his house in McMinnville. He is also looking for a job.

RAINWATER - We are thankul we got to come home and visit. Please continue to pray for Shannon's Mom as she goes through cancer treatments. Pray for us as we are in the midst of fertility treatments. (Shannon and Randi live in Fort Worth and Shannon is in seminary there. Randi grew up at Brainerd.)

WELDON - Boys, Andy and Trey, traveling to Clemson to visit w/ grandparents; Wendy, Tom, Hank and Renee traveling to Birmingham for 7 year old World Series; Tom's election for primary (Republican) is Tuesday (7/15/08).

SALLEY - Praise for safety while traveling this past week. Prayer - traveling to Chicago next Sunday through Friday.

JOHN BROWN - John is traveling out of town 2 days this week. Pray also for us as we are trying to create more structure in our home to help Austin. Also, we finished his full psych. evaluation and it has been determined that he is a high-functioning Autistic and not Aspergers.

HODGKINS - Family friend, Gary Mums, between jobs. He is a minister and Christian School headmaster. Prayer needed for his employment. Also, Clark traveling to Brazil this week.

BRYANT - Please pray for Aaron's brother, Daniel, to have a change of heart toward God. Also praise God that we are expecting another baby in February!!

MILLER - Please pray for Mary and baby, also her parent's move to Tennessee.

STILES - Safe travel for Bill today in the rain (on motorcycle). Also we are traveling to NC and Georgia to work midweek. Healing for incision site from Sarah's Mom's surgery so they can begin radiation.

VANBUSKIRK - Valerie and Steven are doing well with Luke and Logan. Thanks for the great response for meals for them.

CLASS NOTES;
*Bryan and Melanie Rodgers joined church this morning! Hannah made a profession of faith during VBS and also made this decision public today. We're so glad this family joined, but they have really already been a part of our church family since last August when they moved here from Augusta.
